TAM's
Brazil Airpass
Considering the size of the
country, the best way to travel throughout Brazil is by
air. Flying domestically can be quite expensive. However
foreign visitors can travel economically by purchasing TAM's
Brazil Airpass prior to arriving in Brazil. Compared to
domestic air travel available in Brazil, air passes are
an excellent value. A round-trip flight from Rio de Janeiro
to Manaus can cost under request. Currently an airpass, exchangable
for up to 4 domestic flights used within 21, days costs
under request plus the cost of your international round trip ticket
to Brazil. Please call your travel agent or email us
for more information or to purchase your airpass.
APPLICATION:
Valid for travel on TAM's domestic network
ELIGIBILITY: Valid only for foreign passenger and/or Brazilian
citizens who reside outside Brazil in conjunction with international
tickets originating outside Brazil.

(A) CHILDREN
/ INFANTS DISCOUNTS: Children: None. Infants: Pay 10% of
adult fare
(B) PERIODS OF APPLICATION: Jan.1. - Dec. 31.2006
(C) MAXIMUM STAY: 21 Days, counting from departure of first
sector.
ROUTINGS:
• The same sector may not be flown more than once
in the same direction.
• Flights requiring up to two connections to reach
a destination will be counted as one coupon.
• The same city may not be visited more than once
except when making a connection.
RESERVATIONS:
All sectors must be confirmed for all travel before departure
under booking code "Z". Whenever booking code
–Z- is not available, an upgrade to "W"
class will be permitted at a charge under request per coupon

PAYMENT:
Permitted only outside of Brazil. PTA is not permitted.
REFUNDS FOR CANCEL/ NO-SHOW:
• NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER ISSUED

Voluntary rerouting and rebooking: Any time - fee US$
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
For domestic Airpass sectors,
baggage permitted will be the same as the international
allowance. In the event of excess baggage, 1% of the economy
class, normal fare for the sector involved will be charged.
All
cities in Brazil where TAM has a flight, except Shuttle
flight (ponte aerea) CGH-SDU or SDU-CGH
CGH=(Congonhas, SDU=Santos Dumont)
• Valid only for foreign
passengers and/or Brazilian citizens who reside outside
Brazil. Must be purchased in conjunction with international
tickets initiating travel outside Brazil. Payment permitted
only outside Brazil.
